"Honestly better quality than I expected"
I was a little unsure when I ordered, but the parts actually feel really solid in person. I also reached out to support with a quick question and they basically said, "no worries, it should fit and hold up well," which made me feel better about it. Overall, happy with the quality.

I had a question about a part for my hot tub, and customer service did eventually get back to me with the info I needed. The person I dealt with was friendly and explained things clearly, so no complaints there. My only issue is that it took longer than I was hoping to hear back, which feels like something whoever runs this should probably tighten up. Overall, still a decent experience.

I expected there might be some hassle, but the order showed up exactly right and the return process was surprisingly easy. Smooth experience overall

I ordered from hottubwarehouse.com and the item did show up in good shape, so no complaints there. The only thing is the shipping took longer than I expected, and the tracking was literally barely updated the whole time. Not a terrible experience, just kind of annoying waiting around without much info.

"Not exactly a bargain"
I spent some time looking around for parts, and yeah, the prices were definitely higher than what I was seeing on other sites. Add in the shipping cost and it kind of stopped feeling like a good deal quickly. I’m sure it works for some people, but for me, paying more for the same stuff wasn’t exactly tempting

They’ve got a decent selection of hot tub supplies, and I did find some useful stuff. I’m not totally sure if I just caught them at a lower-stock time or what, but I was expecting a few more options in certain areas
